We guarantee every knee pad we make. If the actual knee pad on your Cumulus Sport item tears, falls apart, or develops a hole within one calendar year of  purchase we will replace the product. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Wear and tear outside of intended use will null and void the warranty. Intended use includes athletic practices/competitions on approved sports surfaces (courts, grass/turf fields, mats) Photos must be sent to Cumulus Sport customer service for warranty approval before new products will be shipped. Cumulus Sport reserves the right to deny product replacement if we believe damage to a product was outside of intended use or intentional to receive free product.
