We guarantee every product we make. If your gear tears, falls apart, or develops a hole within one calendar year of  purchase we will replace the product. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Wear and tear outside of intended use will null and void the warranty. Intended use for kneepads includes athletic practices/competitions on approved sports surfaces (courts, grass/turf fields, mats). Intended use for socks includes use under shoes during physical activity. Photos must be sent to Cumulus Sport customer service for warranty approval before new products will be shipped. Cumulus Sport reserves the right to deny product replacement if we believe damage to a product was outside of intended use or intentional to receive free product.
